TERMS OF SERVICE If you book a cleaning with 24 SEVEN CLEANING, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please check back on this page, as these terms may update without further notification. If you have any questions regarding these terms, please email or call us and we will be happy to explain them in detail. Last updated: January 1, 2023.
1.Booking and Providing the Service: The time period of cleaning depends on the number of cleaners at a time. The number of cleaners, usually between 1-4 maids, varies each time. • All bookings processed online are for standard cleanings only. This implies that your home has been professionally cleaned within the past two months and is in a reasonable condition. Otherwise, we suggest you add the Deep Cleaning extra for more detailed cleaning.
24 SEVEN CLEANING cannot guarantee the same cleaners every time as schedules fluctuate. If you want the same crew, please let us know when you book. We will try our best to ensure that your request will be answered in a timely manner. We will let you know in advance if anything changes with your appointment.
If this is your first time booking a service with us, we suggest you have an initial walk-through with them. We also require that you arrange either to be present during the cleaning or return 10 minutes prior to the cleaning being done so that you could have a final walk-through with the cleaning crew. If there is any concern, cleaners can fix it before they leave the place. Once you agree the job is completed, we will not receive any claim or complaint after that, and the cleaning fee cannot be refunded either in full or in partial.
24 SEVEN CLEANING will bring cleaning supplies to clean your home. However, if you have special products that you would like to have us use on particular surfaces, we are happy to accommodate your request. We cannot guarantee the quality of cleaning with customer-provided supplies.
2.Service Fee and Payment: The provided quote may change depending on the condition of your place. General estimates can be provided through phone conversation. Gratuity is optional.
Payments should be made directly to ZELLE, VENMO & APPLE PAY to the phone number (818) 445 9119 under the name of Andi Y Munoz.
3.Misconduct and Cancelation Policy: 24 SEVEN CLEANING reserves the right to refuse service if there is any occurrence of any unreasonable and offensive conduct against the maids or the cleaning situation is considered to be dangerous and/or unsanitary to service. 24 SEVEN CLEANING has the right to cancel a scheduled service and charge a cancellation fee in those cases. A $70 cancellation fee will be applied if you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment.
Please provide parking opportunities for maids as much as possible. An appointment will be considered “canceled” and the $70 cancellation fee will be applied if maids must leave due to parking inconvenience.
24 SEVEN CLEANING reserves the right to cancel scheduled service if there is no access to power, lighting, or water. The client must confirm that there will be running water, sufficient power, and lighting. The Cancellation Fee will be charged when water and/or power are not available.
4.Claims and Complaints: Claims should be informed 24 hours after the job is completed. Your claim will be responded to within 1-2 business days. We will send the same crew that cleaned your place to attend to unsatisfactory service.
The 24 SEVEN CLEANING satisfaction promise does not cover the following: losses from pre-existing damages and conditions of the item and property, losses of theft including cash, and personal stuff without a valid police report.

5.Miscellaneous • The client agrees that they will not solicit or entice either directly or indirectly, to hire any person who is or has been hired initially by 24 SEVEN CLEANING. Any breach will result in a payment to us of $21,000 per maid or team.
